Inside of me
Inside of me, there was a scar
Left long ago but still not far
The wound was silent, yet sleeping
Dreading it soon would be waking
Inside of me, there was a wall
Five inches thick and ten feet tall
The edge was sharp to be hurtful
Never too close, that was the rule
Inside of me, there is your love
A tender feeling from above
It broke the wall and fades the scar
Now I feel free for who we are
